Initiate Your Request
Log into your account portal or contact our support team with your order number to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) within 30 days of delivery.
Prepare the Hardware
Carefully repackage the display in its original factory packaging, including all power adapters, mounting hardware, and documentation to avoid restocking fees.
Label and Ship
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the exterior of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location for secure transport back to our facility.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the unit's condition and functionality, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
